To help prevent financial disputes between members, Apollo has developed its dedicated Payment Protection Program (3P). This initiative is designed to support members in resolving payment issues amicably and effectively.
Members are encouraged to report any overdue payments through our 3P monitoring system. Rather than relying on automated software, Apollo manages each case personally. We believe that financial matters require a human approach—one that allows for context, evaluation, and respectful communication.
